Campbell Avenue and Paseo de Saratoga, according to a San Jose Police Department press release. Officers responded to a report of a bicyclist down in the street. Upon arrival, the officers found the bicyclist who was immediately transported to a local hospital, according to the press release. Ramos, 50, remains under treatment in the hospital and has been declared brain dead. Based on investigations, detectives believe that Ramos likely collided with a vehicle, stated the press release.
